RoboDesk ("we," "us," "the service") provides an automated, AI-powered phone assistant. This policy explains what information we collect when you call or use RoboDesk, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We use the information above to:
We do not sell your personal information.
If you link a Google account, RoboDesk requests access to Gmail, Calendar, and Drive only to the extent needed to carry out the specific actions you ask for on a call (e.g., reading your inbox aloud, sending a reply you dictate, moving a message to a folder, describing an attachment, reading or adding calendar events). RoboDesk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review or revoke RoboDesk's access to your Google account at any time at Google Account → Security → Third-party access, and disconnect it from within RoboDesk's account settings.
To provide the service, call audio and message content may be processed by:
Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy; we choose providers that commit to not using your data to train their own models beyond what's needed to provide the service to us.
Proactive notifications (low balance, new email, service announcements) are off by default. You opt in per notification type in account settings, and can opt out — including via replying STOP to any text message — at any time.
Current setting: no fixed retention limit — call recordings, transcripts, and messages are kept indefinitely unless you request deletion, or until a formal retention period is decided and configured. A typical range for a service like this is 90 days to 2 years for recordings/transcripts, with account/billing records often kept longer for legal and tax purposes. Once decided, this section will state the actual policy.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@robodesk.net.
RoboDesk includes a privacy-protective routing system: caller speech that appears to touch on especially sensitive topics is automatically routed to a local, non-cloud processing pipeline instead of third-party cloud providers, and any such routing is logged for our own review. This exists to add an extra layer of protection for sensitive conversations, not to avoid recording calls generally (see Section 1 and our Terms of Service on call recording).

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
